Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips optional
  • Graham crackers or apple slices for serving and dipping

Instructions

  • Start by placing your 8 oz of softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat the cream cheese until it’s smooth and fluffy.
  • Gradually add the 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Continue mixing until everything is fully combined and the mixture looks light and creamy.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup of rich caramel sauce. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture, reserving a little caramel for drizzling on top later if desired.
  • Fold in the 1/2 cup chopped apples, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. These add texture and that unmistakable fall flavor.
  • If you’re feeling decadent, fold in 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips for a melty chocolate surprise in every bite.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled with graham crackers or crisp apple slices for dipping.
