Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs fresh
  • 1 Tbsp milk
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese optional

Instructions

  • Start by cracking the 4 large eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the 1 tablespoon of milk and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • Place your non-stick skillet over low to medium heat and add 2 teaspoons of butter. Allow it to melt slowly.
