Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tbsp butter melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 5 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 8 pieces Reese's Peanut Butter Cups chopped into four pieces
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Lightly grease your 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • Step 3: In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the melted butter and eggs, stirring until a dough forms. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Step 4: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let it cool slightly.
  • Step 5: In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, then vanilla extract, and mix well. Beat in the eggs until creamy.
  • Step 6: Gently fold in the peanut butter until fully combined.
  • Step 7: Stir in the chopped Reese's, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips.
  • Step 8: Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth it out.
  • Step 9: Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes, or until set and slightly golden.
  • Step 10: Allow to cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.
